Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents, 

We wanted to inform you of a change that may be noticed within a portion of District-owned green space near the 8100 block of Ephraim Road.  

Starting the week of June 22, 2026, the District will begin Phase 2 of a project to repair trails and sidewalks throughout BCMUD. This project requires the creation of a nearby “laydown” area to store materials including concrete, construction equipment, and demolition debris.   

The laydown area shown below will be fenced in and is planned to remain through the end of July, weather permitting. 

There will be no impacts or impediments to pedestrians, traffic, or personal property as part of this project, and we will update this page as events warrant.
