• Approved the Security Guard job description as presented.
• Adopted Order 26-0827-01 approving the job descriptions, job categories, and position classifications.
• Adopted Order 26-0827-10, approving the Sick Leave Addendum to the Personnel Policy, with an effective date of October 1, 2026.
• Adopted the following orders approving amended policies with job title updates:

  • (b) Order 26-0827-03 Safekeeping of District Assets;

• Accepted Summary of any Property Disposed During the Preceding Monthly Period report as presented.
• Adopted Order No. 26-0827-07 declaring District property to be surplus and authorizes the sale and disposition thereof.
• Adopted Order 26-0827-08 approving to engage Maxwell, Locke & Ritter for the FY26 Financial Audit.
• Approved the June 2026 monthly financial reports as presented.
• Accepted the June 2026 financial reports as presented to the Board for information only.
• Accepted Public Works Operations report as presented.
• Accepted Public Works status report as presented.
• Accepted Personnel Matters report as presented.
• Accepted Shared Services operations as presented.
• Accepted Prior Board of Directors' Direction for Action by District Staff and Board of Directors status report as presented.
• Adopted order 26-0827-09 establishing the proposed 2026 tax rates as follows:
  
  • District Maintenance and Operation (M&O) Tax Rate $0.322000 per $100 AV;
  • District Debt Service (I&S) Tax Rate $0.085000 per $100;
  • AV Defined Area Maintenance and Operation (M&O) Tax Rate $.000000 per $100; and
  • AV Defined Area Debt Service (I&S) Tax Rate $0.090000 per $100 AV.
• Adopted Resolution 26-0827-01 approving preliminary official statement, authorizing distribution of preliminary official statement and publication of notice of sale of bonds and approving other related matters.
• Accepted the PriceSenz LLC Stage 4 Demonstration Findings Report and authorized PriceSenz to proceed with Stage 5 Recommendation and Decision Support.
• Approved fee adjustment communication campaign and implementation.
• Approved execution of Certification of Unopposed Candidates and Adopted Order 26-0827-11 to cancel the November 3, 2026 election.
• Approved out-of-state travel for the Utility Systems Manager to attend the 2026 AWWA Water Quality Technology Conference (WQTC).
• Approved the Project Plan for the Wastewater Section Repairs (Woods at Brushy Creek).
• Adopted Order 26-0827-12 approving the amended Investment Policy.
• Approved budgeting $95,000 for fiscal year 2027 and selecting an election rate and employer contribution rate to equal 8.08% for the District's 2027 TCDRS Plan.
• Approved the proposed wholesale rates charged to Aqua Texas Inc from the current volumetric rate of $2.12 per 1,000 gallons and the minimum monthly rate of $4,750 to a volumetric rate of $2.40 per 1,000 gallons and a minimum monthly rate of $5,365 effective November 1, 2026.
• Authorized the Board President to complete and submit the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Trustees Election Ballot, casting the District’s votes for the candidates selected by the Board for Places 1 through 4.
• Adopted Resolution 26-0827-02 approving the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget, including the District’s budgeted revenues, expenditures, fund balances, capital expenditures, and other financial appropriations.
